How do I book?

Book directly through our Schedule page — pick your class, choose a date, and check out securely. You'll get a confirmation by email.

Can I pay by phone?

We prefer online booking so your spot is guaranteed, but you can reach us at the contact form and we'll sort it out.

Question 3

What's your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancel up to 12 hours before class for a full credit toward a future session. No-shows are non-refundable.

Do you offer class packages?

Yes — multi-class packs are available at a discount. Reach out through the contact form and we'll set you up.

Question 5

Where exactly do you meet?

We meet at the north side of Balboa Pier. Look for the Salt & Soul flag — we're easy to spot. Exact pin is sent in your confirmation email.

Question 6

What if the weather is bad?

We practice rain or shine in most conditions. If we need to cancel due to weather, you'll get a text the evening before class.

Question 7

Is it really all levels?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our instructors offer modifications for every pose and exercise. First-timers and seasoned practitioners practice side by side.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes — all participants must sign a liability waiver before their first class. You can do it online on our Waivers page in about a minute.

Question 9

Is there parking nearby?

Street parking is available along Balboa Blvd. The Balboa Pier lot opens early and is a short walk to our meeting spot.

Question 10

Can I bring my kids?

Accepted Answer

Children 12 and up are welcome with a parent or guardian present. Younger children are welcome to watch from the sidelines.

Do you offer private sessions?

Absolutely. Private and semi-private sessions are available for individuals, couples, and small groups. Contact us to schedule.
